WANT TO KNOW MORE?

I'm not flexible, can I do Yoga?

Yes! Flexibility is a product of Yoga, not a prerequisite. We all start at the beginning. Be patient and compassionate - you'll be amazed at how much your flexibility improves with practice.

Which classes are best for me?

All classes are for all levels so you can join in any class including Power Vinyasa, mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates. If you're new to these practices, simply let the teacher know and they will offer different variations. If you want to start at a slower pace, you can try Slow Flow Vinyasa or Yin Yoga classes, and of course Pilates which is an excellent complement to Yoga.

Is the studio heated?

A state of the art infrared system keeps our studio heated at a comfortable temperature. Some classes are warmer (25℃) such as Power Vinyasa and Pilates, to support mobility, deepen movement and help release tension.

Do I need to book?

Yes, it is essential to book your class beforehand. We are a no reception studio and all booking must be made online. Please be aware of our cancellation policies; you will be charged for the class if you book and don't turn up.

I have back pain / an injury, can I practise?

So many people turn to Yoga to find relief from pain or injury. If you feel comfortable practising, inform our teacher about your situation so they can offer you modifications or alternatives to poses. Take it slowly to help your body heal and be sure to consult a doctor if the pain persists. You can also try our Yin or Pilates classes which are especially beneficial.

What if I'm pregnant?

We offer weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes with Manuela Ruggiero, every Tuesday 1.30 to 2.30pm.
