Power Vinyasa is a dynamic, flowing yoga practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition. Movement and breath are linked in steady, continuous sequences that build strength, balance and flexibility while cultivating focus and presence.
Classes are heated to 25 °C to support mobility, deepen movement and help release tension. Expect creative, intelligently sequenced flows that are strong yet accessible, with space to explore your own edge.
This is an all levels class. Clear options and variations are offered throughout, so beginners can move at their own pace while more experienced practitioners can add strength, stamina and complexity. Rest in Child's Pose whenever needed.
Slow Flow Vinyasa is a steady, mindful yoga practice that links movement and breath at a gentler pace. Slow Flow classes: Monday & Wednesday 11-12PM ; Saturday & Sunday 11.30-12.30PM

Postures are held for several minutes, mainly seated or lying down, allowing time for deeper release and improved energy flow. This quiet practice supports flexibility, joint health and nervous system regulation, leaving you feeling grounded, calm and restored.

PYC Reformer is our signature open-level class, blending classical and contemporary Pilates in a strong, intelligently layered full-body flow. We focus deeply on technique, breath and precision, building strength from your centre while improving alignment, mobility and control. With just 6 reformers per class, you’ll receive personalised guidance, hands-on adjustments and thoughtful modifications so you can move in a way that feels both supportive and powerfully effective.
Pilates Cardio is a dynamic, mat-based class that blends traditional Pilates principles with continuous, low-impact cardio movement. The focus is on building core strength, improving posture and coordination, and increasing stamina while keeping movements controlled and purposeful.

Pilates Cardio class: Fri 5pm (50')This dynamic prenatal yoga class offers a revitalising alternative to traditional, slower-paced prenatal sessions. Designed to support Mum-to-Be from the 12th week onward who wish to maintain their strength and stamina throughout pregnancy, it provides a safe and energising practice where each pose is thoughtfully adapted to honour and support the changing body, to feel more comfortable, to find more space, to release tensions, to reduce back pain, pelvic pain, to feel better, allowing to flow through a sequence that nurtures both vitality and a deeper connection with baby.
These classes explore also movement, postures for the birth, Breathing Techniques to quiet the mind, precious tools to achieve a positive experience of Labour and Birth recreating an intimate space where, with an open heart, women can fearlessly listen and connect with their new inside world and experience fully their extraordinary journey.
