Originally from the US Midwest and raised in London, Claire’s journey into yoga has been shaped by a lifelong passion for movement and wellbeing (with a qualification in teaching spinning, part of an amateur football team, and a keen golfer to name a few).
She first discovered yoga while seeking to improve mobility after years of weight training and a subsequent neck injury. What began as a complementary practice soon became a passion, opening the door to meditation, greater self-awareness, and a powerful way to offset the pace and pressures of modern life – something she became inspired to share with others.
Claire completed her 200-hour teacher training with The Power Yoga Company in 2025 and remains part of the studio community as both student and teacher. Her classes balance strength with softness, offering a supportive environment that encourages students to grow, reconnect, and leave the mat feeling centred and deeply restored. Alongside teaching, Claire works in communications for luxury hotels, where she curates wellness retreats, holistic partnerships, and soulful guest experiences – expertise that continues to shape her approach to yoga. She has also studied energy work through MindValley and loves weaving these principles into her classes to create grounding, nurturing spaces that bring balance to busy lives.
